When I contacted Thomas cook office in chrommapettai , Asifa received me with smile .she made all the arrangements in time and helpful to me for all calls . The program was well organised and our four days are enjoyable . Except the hotel were we stayed ,though was neat , there was a trouble with Life operation . WhatsApp group was very interactive and guidance to all days program .
The service rendered by Asifa is excellent .

Knowledgeable people. We just need to inform the country we are travelling and they provide insights on which one is better(Card/currency) and the conversion rates are also nominal. They also offer onsite support incase if emergency to load money into the card while you are abroad. Mr.Madhan was very supportive on our first trips, definitely recommended for people travelling yearly once or twice to opt for their multi currency card.
They do get back the unspent currency if needed so that is there too. Overall 10/10 for their undisputed customer service.
