Was part of a recently concluded SRI LANKA tour. Our team of 17 members had a great time together thanks to Thomas Cook. The tour was seamlessly organized and well coordinated. We were well received at Jaffna Airport which was the starting point and had the services of a well mannered Tour Guide and a comfortable A/C Bus with a professional and safe Captain /Driver at the helm. The hotels at all the destinations were quite good. The diligent arrangements for our meals was well appreciated. We were dropped off at the Colombo International Airport after a thoroughly enjoyable time criss crossing various destinations across Sri Lanka. The fulfillment team was in constant touch with us ensuring our satisfaction. Special thanks to our Point of contact from Sales Team the mild mannered Mr Jobi Augustine - ever smiling and always willing to accommodate. We have already used Thomas Cook for many of our earlier tours and am looking forward to many more.
