Joby of Thomas Cook did an excellent job of planning our Leh-Ladakh trip . The surreal spectacular mountain and valley landscapes , Beautiful Pangong lake, Nubra valley , Khardung La pass … comfortable high -altitude stays. Not to forget the professional driver Dorji who navigated the high rough terrains and showed us the hidden scenic spots . Overall a fantastic, amazing vacation… one which we will always remember . It was an amazing experience for us. Only drawback is kindly do not book ourtickets from KL instead of it from Singapore itself as it's our last destination. We are senior citizens hence faced a lot of problems locating the gate it was a mad rush due to transit. Secondly l would suggest u include a half day for the shopping dropping and picking us up as it's a new place so it will benefit all and we don't waste time. The tour manager Shadul was very helpful indeed and guided us well only suggestion would be to have a two way whatsapp so the customer too can message after the trip it can be dissolved. This is only the admin who messages. Even the tour guides Mr. Anand and Miss Jacqueline was very good. Thank you we enjoyed our trip A special mention about our sales person Revathy at Anna Nagar branch Chennai who gave us the right guidance and did the digital e visa for Malaysia and Singapore. We as a group of 11 members travelled to Vietnam through Thomas cook Annanagar .we had a wonderful experience with good food , comfortable travel vehicle and visited all around Vietnam covering north ,central n south of Vietnam.The hotels were great and we were lead to good North Indian and South Indian restaurants with yummy delicacies. Also before we commenced our tour we had a WhatsApp group formed with Vietnam coordinators guiding us throughout the travel .The tour guide will contact us before we reached the place and we felt so secured about our plans .A special thanks to Mr Joby of Annanagar branch who customised this trip according to our needs and made changes even in the last minute and made this trip soo enjoyable.Looking forward to our next trip with you Thomas cook

We completed our Do Dham Yatra yesterday and returned home safely. It was a memorable experience for us, and we felt blessed to do the darshan at Kedarnath and Badrinath within a few hours, on the same day. Our helicopter ride was memorable. Weather changing every hour. It all started at the Anna Nager branch Mr Bharatwaj who patiently explained about the trip and we got convinced and we completed the trip. I took the services of TC to travel to Egypt in February... Augustine Joby facilitated the process very well and was very supportive... Also the tour execution by the tour manager Viraf Sidhwa was outstanding... However would recommend to drop Alexandria as there's nothing there and waste of travelling 8 hours... Instead spend one extra day in Cairo to visit the Great Egyptian Museum and The New Museum which requires 1 Full day and which is a must see.
