We as a group of 11 members travelled to Vietnam through Thomas cook Annanagar .we had a wonderful experience with good food , comfortable travel vehicle and visited all around Vietnam covering north ,central n south of Vietnam.The hotels were great and we were lead to good North Indian and South Indian restaurants with yummy delicacies. Also before we commenced our tour we had a WhatsApp group formed with Vietnam coordinators guiding us throughout the travel .The tour guide will contact us before we reached the place and we felt so secured about our plans .A special thanks to Mr Joby of Annanagar branch who customised this trip according to our needs and made changes even in the last minute and made this trip soo enjoyable.Looking forward to our next trip with you Thomas cook

We completed our Do Dham Yatra yesterday and returned home safely. It was a memorable experience for us, and we felt blessed to do the darshan at Kedarnath and Badrinath within a few hours, on the same day. Our helicopter ride was memorable. Weather changing every hour. It all started at the Anna Nager branch Mr Bharatwaj who patiently explained about the trip and we got convinced and we completed the trip. I took the services of TC to travel to Egypt in February... Augustine Joby facilitated the process very well and was very supportive... Also the tour execution by the tour manager Viraf Sidhwa was outstanding... However would recommend to drop Alexandria as there's nothing there and waste of travelling 8 hours... Instead spend one extra day in Cairo to visit the Great Egyptian Museum and The New Museum which requires 1 Full day and which is a must see.

Was part of a recently concluded SRI LANKA tour. Our team of 17 members had a great time together thanks to Thomas Cook. The tour was seamlessly organized and well coordinated. We were well received at Jaffna Airport which was the starting point and had the services of a well mannered Tour Guide and a comfortable A/C Bus with a professional and safe Captain /Driver at the helm. The hotels at all the destinations were quite good. The diligent arrangements for our meals was well appreciated. We were dropped off at the Colombo International Airport after a thoroughly enjoyable time criss crossing various destinations across Sri Lanka. The fulfillment team was in constant touch with us ensuring our satisfaction. Special thanks to our Point of contact from Sales Team the mild mannered Mr Jobi Augustine - ever smiling and always willing to accommodate. We have already used Thomas Cook for many of our earlier tours and am looking forward to many more.
