Vietnam wasn't our first choice. Europe/East Europe/Scandinavia were our choices but we couldn't finalize on it due to the war situation, and decided at the last minute to change the destination. We hadn't done much research on Vietnam, blindly trusted Thomas Cook and took the package. It turned out to be the best decision. The trip had a little bit of everything (adventure, family fun, beach, city, hills, cruise) and we enjoyed it all. The cruise to Ha Long Bay was top class. Thoroughly enjoyed the carefully prepared vegetarian meals, the cave visits, watching the Squid fishing, and doing Taichi at sunrise. Got back home and the kids said that they don't feel exhausted like they usually do after a vacation. Kudos to the careful packaging of the trip. Plus we enjoyed the community feeling of the group tour. Overall, this turned out to be the perfect much-needed break for all of us. Thanks to Thomas Cook and everyone associated with it. Special thanks to ArunaPriya - Senior Manager of Adyar branch, who provided ready information on all our options, and to our tour managers in Vietnam - Robinson Britto and Pratik Bhoir, who organized everything so well for our entire group. 5 stars for this tour package.

We recently went on a trip to Azerbaijan and it was such an amazing experience, especially with all the beautiful snow everywhere. Everything was perfectly planned by Mrs. Arunapriya, and the itinerary was so smooth and well organized that we could just relax and enjoy. We actually expected around –5°C, but it was –9°C there — and honestly, it was totally worth the visit! The weather, views, and overall experience made it a truly memorable trip.
