Thomas Cook - Holidays and Travel Package, Arera Hills, bhopal

I had my first experience with this office of Thomas Cook. I was explained everything in detail and during the trip found it to be so. Staff is smart, polite and prompt. Worth booking trips from their end.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the entire journey, from Paris to Pisa. Our sincere thanks to Thomas Cook for the excellent arrangements, including comfortable hotel stays and good food throughout the trip. The local tour bus service was also very good. Special thanks to David for driving us safely through challenging terrains and ensuring a smooth journey. We would also like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our Tour Manager, Mr. Faisal. He organized the day-to-day itinerary exceptionally well, assisted every member whenever needed, and was always caring, supportive, and approachable. Throughout the 13-day tour, he maintained a personal connection with each participant, making everyone feel comfortable and valued. Overall, the entire tour was fantastic, memorable, and truly enjoyable. We cherished every moment of the journey and returned home with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. We booked the Grand Bargain Europe Tour through Thomas Cook. This was like a long awaited dream come true. Most of the important places of Europe were covered with London additionally. The arrangements were excellent, the hotels were very good, and we got Indian meals. Special thanks to our tour manager Mr Juzar Malik, who really made every possible effort to make this trip comfortable and memorable. He is very experienced and helpful. His management skills are amazing and he would take care of every minute aspect beforehand. His local connections in every city were evident. Our group was also wonderful, with people from all across India and it became like an extended family for those 15 days. Children were extremely happy to visit all those cities and monuments which we had always dreamt of, Tower Bridge of London, Eiffel Tower, Paris Disneyland, Mount Titlis, Beautiful views of Swiss Alps, Gondola ride in Venice, two wonders of the world including Collosseum in Rome and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. I can keep on writing on this amazing and cherished tour. Thanks again to Thomas Cook and specially to MR Juzar Malik. I will also thank Mr Hitesh Thakur who explained the trip details to us and helped us in choosing the perfect Europe tour. He visited our home, reassured and helped with documentation and visa formalities along with Mr Dalip.

We have enjoyed the tour.It was srranged in a very good manner. The stay, food and transports are excellent. Especially the tour manager Mr. Zuzer Mallik is a great person, he had explained very well the history, geography, politics, culture, economics etc of the places we have visited. We thank the Thomas Cook and Mr.Mallik to made our trip a grat one.

So happy to travel under well planned tour by SOTC! Of course it was my first time tour with them. Brother Zuzar Malik, the manager of the tour left no stone unturned to satisfy the touring members by his nature, speech, punctuality and smiles. I am very satisfied. Moreover my wife Kashmira's comforts during the tour were satisfactory. Touring in foreign land is sometimes very risky due to weather conditions or traffic dilemmas but thank God, we had not such encounters! Hotels were nice. Itinerary was followed. No health problems with anyone in our group. We enjoyed the bus journey so lucidly, singing and telling about us with affection! We wish to join on another plan of yours at our convenience! With hearty congratulations! Harshavadan M Sheth and Kashmira H Sheth.
