I contacted Thomas cook office Malleshwaram for my Europe tour along with my family. Mr Harshavardhan did an excellent job in providing all the information about the tour.He answered all our queries and made us comfortable to book the tour. After booking he also did Visa processing smoothly and the Europe tour was a good one. The only drawback was lot of walking which was tiresome and there were lot of long hours orientation tours .

Highly disappointed with the service ( forex team). I’ve repeatedly been given false assurances, only to face delays every time. I’m told that things will be completed “today,” but that never seems to happen.
The process feels drawn out unnecessarily, with constant back-and-forth and no real progress. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time. Honestly, the experience hasn’t even been worth a single star.
I would also like to mention that my first agent, Shareen, was far better in comparison. She was clear, transparent about the process, and provided genuine assurance. The current experience falls far short of that standard. If I’m giving 3 stars it’s because of initial experience with shareen .

From 23rdmar26 to 7th apr26, I along with my friends families went to cherry blossom Japan China tour with Thomas Cook . It was my first time with Thomas Cook and found it was a very organised tour with every detail taken care of. Good caring tour manager, good informative guides, good Indian food and sometimes good local lunches, even medical emergency was well taken care as a family. Enjoyed the trip with no hassles. Even the booking office team cooperated well from giving travel tips, arranging visa on time, ensuring timely follow up for payments etc. Everything was perfect.
