First of all, I would like to appreciate the excellent planning by Thomas Cook India for organizing this wonderful trip. The visa process was handled very smoothly by Mr. Shashi Kumar, and everything was perfectly planned from the beginning.
All the sightseeing arrangements were done exactly as per the itinerary. The accommodation and food at every place were excellent, which made our journey very comfortable and enjoyable.
I would also like to specially appreciate our tour manager, Mrs. Pervin. She has shown great patience and excellent control over the entire team. Managing a group like ours is not easy, but she handled it very professionally.
Special thanks to Mr. Shashi Kumar and Mrs. Pervin for making this trip so smooth, well organized, and memorable for all of us.
