I had requested Mr. Sarvesh of Thomas Cook, Chembur Branch, at about 10:30 AM today for certain foreign currency to be made available to me urgently . Mr Sarvesh Takle, did the work very diligently and helped me also in transferring the INR equivalent to the foreign currency. All this work was done speedily, and I was delivered the foreign currency at my residence at about 1:40 PM as I am travelling abroad tomorrow morning. I rate the service “AAA”. I am thankful to Sarvesh.

It was a very smooth and warm experience at Thomas Cook. The staff; Tanmay Chavan, was really helpful in guiding me through the procedure of doing foreign exchange. It was my first time doing this type of currency transaction, and it was handled well by the staff. The ambience of the office was welcoming , and comfortable. Overall, it deserves 5 stars.

My wife Padma & me had a very fine experience on our visit to the M/S Thomas Cook India Ltd. (TCIL), Fort Office , Mumbai , wrt our need for Forex Cards & Dollars , for our planned International Travel , shortly .
Important points of the relevant documentation were explained well by the TCIL Co. Official Himanshu Jethava in a calm, easy & polite manner . .
Since we had earlier availed of the facility of M/S TCIL with the reliable Forex Card , dollars etc. from TCIL , on our earlier 2 foreign visits nicely guided & well supported by Mr Prasad Venkatesh of TCIL , so without any hesitation we approached TCIL for their fine assistance again .
