Have used the facility a couple of times. The staff over here are quite friendly. The exchange rates are quite volatile so it is always better to book the rates online and deal at the office.

Staff are friendly. My advisor was Mubin. Very friendly and professional as well. Visited during November 2016, for my honeymoon Package. He suggested Manali and some other southern region, i went with Manali. Cost was around Rs.25k plus. Without flights. It was excellent resort called snow valley resort in log hut area, Manali. I upgraded my package to premium for few hundred rupees as given in website and mubin was ready to do and changed it. Go here if you want a well planned trip.
