I had initially spoken with Lea Audrey Dias from Thomas Cook for currency exchange. At that time, the rates were high, so I decided to wait. Lea went the extra mile — she personally called me back when the rates went down and ensured I got the best possible deal.
When I visited the office, Sayed Salim Yadwad assisted me with the entire process. He was extremely professional, patient, and made the transaction smooth and hassle-free.
